We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
  • In its original packaging where possible
  • Returned with tags or labels still attached where applicable

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we may not accept returns on:

  • Items worn or washed
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items without tags where tags were originally attached
  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective
  • Customized or altered items
  • Items returned after the approved return window

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

If confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be accepted if the requested size is available and the item meets our return conditions.

Customers may be responsible for return and redelivery costs, except where the issue was caused by Spotted Hawk.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Bank or payment gateway processing times may apply.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Spotted Hawk or a confirmed defective item.
